The breast firming exercise to prevent breast’s natural sagging is a personal creation. It’s not that hard till the result comes. With 15 years true-false trials with myself, having been performing this exercise, I’ve never worn the bra. At the same time, this exercise helps check your breasts regularly. If this exercise is performed regularly, the result shall show within 15 days. It can be performed at any time, once a day. In daily routine, we brush our teeth twice. Perhaps, we can put this exercise as another routine.


During the exercise, you mustn’t wear the bra. And after undergone with the exercise, you shouldn’t wear the bra while in bed. Right after the exercise, we shall pour the cool water on the breasts. This may not give any effect to the breast itself, but the nipple. It should show contractual reaction, thence to lift the nipple up from sagging down. Do it regularly for you firm and toned breasts. Each pose needs to be repeated for 50 times or, perhaps, up to 60-100 times, depending on your own tolerant. This can be done as many times as you like, if you can do it without gasping or being exhausted over the night and day. Performing this while exceeding your tolerant limit is wasting you energy for nothing.
